I took this picture years ago on the Aron Islands on a photography trip. I have wanted to play with sketching it ever since.
They have sweet faces & are fun to draw.
This hangs on the wall in the office of one of my bosses...a hand surgeon.
Doing more sketching is something I want to add to my artful life. My skills need honing to be sure, but I am putting it out there for all of you to see. Maybe next year I should do a sketch a day in April & see how I progress.
cute. not an animal I would think of painting, but the surgeons office one is pretty cool. Although I did take a nice photo of a scottish cow in the mist on a holiday I was thinking of printing :P
ReplyDeleteThey are just cute. They can't help it. Thanks for looking!
DeleteJust look at the beautiful cow!!! I like the bright colours you chose for yours :)

DeleteLinda, what an adorable cow and it looks very much like your photographed cow! Excellent job! I agree you need to keep an art journal for next year's A2Z challenge, like me! Thanks for visiting today's post of critters I drew for the letter "C" in my A2Z series, Art Sketching Through the Alphabet! Happy a2zing, my friend!
ReplyDeleteI think that might be a great idea! I made a couple suggestions for future letters on your blog. I'll keep thinking of more as we go along.
DeleteDid you do the painting on your doctor's wall too? Yours is the second cow post I've read this morning.

I did not do the one on my bosses wall. I noticed the other cow as well. Who would have thought there would be 2 cows for "C"
